ARTIST'S STATEMENT-
The Creature's on the Loose looks at modern society through the eyes of Mary Shelly's Frankenstein. Much as Victor Frankenstein refuses to take responsibility for his creation, society, for the most part, refuses to take responsibility for the negative results of what we refer to as "progress." It is a question of control. What do we as individuals and as a society have control over? In an age of environmental degradation, population explosion and nuclear proliferation, are we destined to sow the seeds of our own destruction?
